Sugar Addiction

Do you believe sugar addiction is real? It has been compared to an addiction to cocaine. How do you kick the sugar habit? I did it by taking a free weekend to rest and eat very low carbs. Like 20 carbs each day low. That meant no fruit, mostly vegetables, clean proteins, and plenty of water. I did this for three days and for the next four days I increased my carb intake to 50 carbs per day. After a week, I did not crave sugar in any form like I did before. Sugar was too sweet and I didn’t want it anymore. I hope it works for you!
